The Food Processing Machinery Association and the Packaging Machinery Manufacturers Institute are pleased to announce the creation of a Confectionery Pavilion at the 2004 Food Processing Machinery EXPO,
co-located with PACK EXPO International. “PMMI is pleased to be working with FPMA on the Confectionery Pavilion for 2004. The Confectionery industry has been an integral part of packaging shows as evidenced by their prominent role in major European tradeshows,” said PMMI President Chuck Yuska.

The Confectionery Pavilion will feature the latest developments in both processing and packaging technology. “The Confectionery Industry Council of FPMA is excited about this new concept and will be working closely with the trade press, the National Confectioners Association and other groups to make this an all-industry event,” said Launtia Taylor, Chairwoman of the Council. The 2004 Food Processing Machinery EXPO, co-located with PACK EXPO International, will take place November 7-11 in Chicago’s McCormick Place.
