The Food Processing Machinery Association (FPMA) and Food Safety Magazine (FSM) announced today the launch of the
Food Safety & Sanitation Pavilion at the 2004 Food Processing Machinery EXPO, co-located with PACK EXPO
International. Together, the two shows, which will be held November 7-11, 2004 at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, are
expected to be another sold-out event featuring more than 1.3 million net square feet, 1,500 exhibiting companies and 50,000 visitors.
The 10,000-sq.-ft. FPM EXPO Food Safety & Sanitation Pavilion will feature the newest developments in processing
technology to meet the food safety and sanitation challenges faced by the industry's food and beverage manufacturers.
Food Safety Magazine will sponsor three “Hot Topic” seminars on sanitary equipment and facility design and
sanitation Monday through Wednesday of the tradeshow.
Suppliers who wish to exhibit in the Food Safety & Sanitation Pavilion should contact FPMA at 800.331.8816, or email Cheryl Clark at
